Okay, so you want to get back with your boyfriend and the reason for the breakup can be worked out, as far as, you are concerned. In fact, at this point, the whole idea of getting back together with your boyfriend sounds absolutely wonderful!

Hold on a minute! Before you actually run out in desperation and do that most experts in human relationship behavior strongly recommend laying low for a while.

The straight scoop! When making the decision to get back with your boyfriend, at times you could have that little voice in the back of your mind that is causing you to have a hurried response to get back together with him. Do not listen to that little voice! At least for a few days!

- Meditation and Reflection. Go through the process of a constructive evaluation review so that you can get a good crystallized perspective for what was the reason for the break up in the very first place. You have to be able to pinpoint the prior reasons for the break up. This must be clearly identified, because this can provide you with an excellent blueprint on how to begin the process of repairing the damage and building anew.

- Become more educated and knowledgeable in the area of relationship building and communication. This means that you both will have to make a habit out of introducing new information into your mental framework to prevent you from falling back into old, bad habits that cause relationship stress and strain. Learn new skills and build a long-term, high-quality relationship that could blossom into something that is better than before!

Once you have completed those 3 steps mentioned above, it is time to extend an olive branch of peace to your ex boyfriend and let your new attitude of forgiveness, acceptance and ease of spirit to shine brightly.

Look for opportunities for self-expression and meaningful conversation and invite your boyfriend to share his more inner thoughts and feelings with you about the relationship and you. If you decide to get back with your boyfriend it could dramatically improve your outlook on everything!
